Card carrying members

This evening Tim and I finally went to the public library and got our library cards. I checked out two books(craft books) and Tim got one (cookbook). Incidentally, West Hartford area was the home of Noah Webster so his name is all over the place; including the library. It is a beautiful Library and I am sure we will spend many hours there in future. Lucky the library validates parking for two hours so we had some time to wander next door to Barnes & Noble and browse through some more books. After all of our book browsing was finished we only had to walk a few short steps across the street to the Cheesecake Factory and grab something chocolate to bring home. What a lovely way to spend a evening! All this fun and only two miles from home. I think West Hartford is starting to grow on me. We are discovering more places to explore all the time. We are slowly becoming members of the quiet little community.
