There has not been much going on around here that is news worthy lately. Just normal family life I suppose. I am not complaining. I am beginning to enjoy my daily routine and I am learning to accept that I am not in charge of the schedule anymore and there is no way that I am going to be able to get the same number of things checked off of my to-do list each day. All things considered I would not have it any other way.
The weather has been pleasant here but fairly wet the last few days. We have been spending a good deal of time indoors. We did have a picture perfect Sunday afternoon for Father's Day last weekend though and managed to get outside and enjoy some bocce ball in the shade of the backyard. One day we might even learn the rules.
Tim's big Father's Day/ Birthday/ I love Timmy gift was a grill for our patio. We have lived here 2.5 years it is about time we start using some of our outdoor space for something other than collecting weeds. I am sure our neighbors would appreciate it. We plan on doing some grilling when we have family visiting for the 4th of July. We are excited they are coming but I am still not sure where everyone is going to sleep. I am just glad that college students are not opposed to air mattresses.
One day I will attempt to take a few pictures of me and Lily together since there really aren't more than couple in existence at the moment. For now the picture of my sleeping baby will have to tide you over. The only thing better than a sleeping baby is a sleeping baby in a cute tiger print diaper. Honestly she is just ridiculously cute.
