Vintage Baseball

I am so excited that February is finally over! It is such a dark and dreary month. It's one redeeming quality is that it is short. I am definitely looking forward to Spring and some signs of life outside. On Saturday morning Tim and I went to an information session in Hartford on Vintage Baseball. It seems they are starting a league here! Doubleheader games would be played every Saturday morning from May until August with individual teams playing every other Saturday. We are talking 1860's rules, uniforms, lingo etc.! Wouldn't that be fun?! I have nearly convinced Tim that he needs to play this summer. What do you think? What team should he play for? Plan a trip to Connecticut this summer and come see a game!
