Just wanted to share a little bit of 2010 New England Autumn's colors with those of you living in other places. I took these photos the last couple of mornings around 7:45am in the backyard when taking our dog Butter outside to start her day.
Just in case you were wondering, Tim and I (OK mostly Tim) worked in the yard on Saturday and mulched any leaves that were on the ground at that time. The photo below is from Tuesday morning. The last photo was taken this (Wednesday)morning. Guess what we will be doing this Saturday. You get bonus points if you can find the chihuahua in the last photo or any patches of exposed grass!

what a backyard! that's beautiful. here--today--we woke up to at least 2 inches of snow. covering EVERYTHING. i guess it's time to buy rob a car, since this weather isn't really motorcycle friendly.
. . . and i absolutely get the bump being hard to photograph--mine is, too.
