My friend LaRene came to visit for the weekend. It was really great to spend some time with her. Sadly, she did not get to see much of Connecticut due to her short trip duration and the cold weather. We did make sure that she got to participate in one New England activity...Duck Pin bowling. It is a lot like bowling but the pins and bowling ball are significantly smaller. Fun times were had by all. Lily, of course, is still too small to play so she was in charge of keeping score. She obviously took her responsibilities very seriously.
